Our old Cuisinart gave out after almost 4 years and thousands of cups of coffee. It served us well. When I was looking for a replacement I looked at other brands and decided to give Ninja a shot. Unfortunately, there was something we didn't like about it. From the space it took up to the taste of the coffee. We decided to go back to Cuisinart and we're so happy we did! This one is a little larger than the one we had (14 cups), but it is easy to use and makes the same great cup of coffee as our old one. It's a little taller than our old one, but overall takes up less space on the counter. The pricing at Best Buy was excellent and they shipped it to me within a couple of days! I hope it lasts as long as out old one did, or longer!

This was purchased to replace a different model cuisinart coffee maker. I am happier with this one so far. The carafe pours without spills even when pouring fast. The coffee temperature after brewing is 189° F. Nice and hot. Easy to program as well. Love the 14 cup capacity. Very pleased.

I have always been happy with the quality of my Cuisinart purchases, so I trust that I will get something I will enjoy when I buy a new one. This coffee maker was no exception. Its got a great design aesthetic and does its job very well. 2 minor criticisms would be that it is tricky to pour a carafe full of water into the reservoir without spilling outside the machine as yo finish emptying the carafe. Make sure you can completely open the lid and have free space above the machine to maneuver the carafe to get out the last of the water without spilling. A more defined spout would help this issue. Lastly it gets quite a bit of condensation collecting on the underside of the lid, but this really doesn't affect anything. It really does make great coffee simply, which is what I wanted as I have so many different fancy coffee contraptions that require more effort. Sometimes I want to let a machine do the work while I entertain rather pretending I am a barista.

Coffee comes out great and super easy to clean! You can set it up to make your coffee as you wake up with a timer making it easy to grab a quick cup before work!

This is my second Cuisinart- Perfect Temp 14 Cup Coffeemaker, the first one lasted several years, after only getting a little over a year of use from other brands, I spent the extra money for the Cuisinart and don't plan on going back to the lesser brands. I like the 14 cup capacity, I like my coffee and this machine brews a great hot cup day after day. The programmable feature is used daily and with a little maintenance I am sure I will get many years of use again.

Easy to set up coffee stays nice and hot love the easy programming for set up in the morning and for instant in the afternoon the cleaning is easy thank you so much but I purchased this again yes.

I purchased this coffeemaker as a replacement for my Bunn coffee machine that stopped working. As it turns out, I’m delighted the Bunn broke so I could take advantage of Cuisinart’s product features! Honestly, brewing time is so quick, my same coffee that I grind tastes better in this unit with the additional filter and using the gold basket, and I love the perfect temp feature that allows me to adjust to my needs! This was a win-win for me, woo-hoo!

Arrived quickly & well packaged ,no damage. We are coffee lovers so the 14 cup carafe ensures all in my family a cup or two of coffee. I Love to program it at night . There is nothing like waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee! My husband gets up quite early for work & the coffee is waiting on him. The carafe temperature was another reason why I purchased this model. I like very hot coffee & it keeps it warmer longer. This is my 3rd cuisinart coffee maker, it’s a great investment for coffee lovers. Enjoy!!

I had a cuisinart coffee maker before and loved it. I got a Ninja a few years later thinking it was an upgrade. It wasn’t. My mom took my old cuisinart and used it another 6 or more years before it failed. I saw this one on sale at BestBuy and decided I had to have it. Brews a great cup of coffee and has the option to make the carafe hotter. Perfect coffee maker for me

Decent coffee maker, picked up on sale to replace old unit. It's simple to use, good features like auto shut on/off and cleaning mode. Cons for me are it's a little slow to brew, coffee pot lid doesn't have a hinge to open up/close the lid so the lid has to be removed more often and pouring water into the reservoir is a little cumbersome. Good coffee maker over all, wouldn't pay more than $80 for this though.

I bought this on a Black Friday sale as a replacement for an almost 15 year old 12 cup version which was used almost daily. Cuisinart coffee makers brew a good cup, are dependable and nice looking. I am optimistically hoping that this one will last as long (or longer).

Don't lose the little cap that just sits on the top of the pot. This cap appears to be an afterthought in the making of the machine. The height from the bottom to the top where the pot sits is short the height of that stinking cap. The cap does not twist and lock in as a matter of fact it doesn't lock in at all. It just sits there and if you try to brew without it you find your filter will fill up and overflow..unless you catch it as I did. And if you try to pour and you don't remove it or hold it, then it will end up in your cup, or thermos which mine did. I expected much more from Cuisinart. Apart from the cheesy afterthought of a cap I do like it because I brew 14 cups fill up my travel cup and still have enough to fill my thermos.

After purchasing cheaper brands and ending up returning them, I decided purchasing this amazign coffee machine.

This is actually our 3rd Cuisinart coffee maker in less than 25 years, and all of them under $100!!! The first one lasted about 13 and the second lasted a little over 12 years. If I may get 15 years out of our third, I’ll be thrilled! Cuisinart coffee makers are the best coffee maker for the money - a true fantastic value!

Enjoying this coffee pot. Easy to use. I like that you can set the temperature for the carafe. I switched from a one cup Keurig machine. When I would put my creamer in the coffee, it would be warm when I got to drinking it. When setting the carafe temperature on this machine, on medium, my coffee is still hot even with creamer in it. I also have this machine set to automatically turn off. So 30 mins after it's brews it shuts off, in case I forget to turn it off when leaving for work. Also comes with reusable coffee grinds basket. Highly recommend!
