“Works well . I did have to get used to how fast it cooks and how hot it gets so I have to cut the time and lower the heat when cooking. The problem I am having is the bottom tray gets so hot it bakes on whatever meat drips or oil used. WON'T CLEAN ,”

I line the tray with foil. easy clean up, just toss.

My tray won't clean either, so I've stopped using it as a baking tray and only as a drip tray. I cover the bottom with foil when using. You could purchase a new one to cook on but cover the bottom with foil or parchment paper. (Be very careful with parchment paper it turn brown faster than the food). Hope this helps.
