12" pizza will fit. I set temp at about 25 degrees lower and of course a thin crust pizza cooks faster. I really like my Cuisinart and am adjusting to the fact that it cooks faster than a regular oven. It is my only oven as I just have a hot plate and the Cuisinart. I haven't tried the air fryer yet.
