Do you recommend unplugging unit when not in use? null

Manual specifically states to unplug after every use.

I never do, and I don't see any reason why you would.

For those who are nervous about electrical surge you can but I don’t recommend it I keep mines plugged in with no problems. It’s very easy to clean and a power house in the kitchen.
