“Are the rivets inside the pans nonstick coated? I have a cuisinart pan where they are not, food always sticks to the rivets.”

The rivets are very smooth, but it is difficult to determine whether theyare nonstick coated. My guess, is no. However, I haven't had anything stick to them that didn't immediately wipe off, just as with the rest of the interior of the pan or pot.
