Why isn't the water filling the coffee pot null

This is the second coffee maker that I change, me, when the k-cup is put on and I close when it seems to be okay, grid comes out from the sides of the k-cup and water, when I open the compartment I see that the grid It got out of the k-cup soiled all over the coffee displacement area ... I tried to do it by removing the rubber from the upper blade and it does the same, try with a different k-cup and nothing ... to the second coffee maker to change step same thing...

I don’t have that problem unless you using the wrong coffee grind or putting the water on the wrong side.
