Questionwhat kind of filter does it use? permanent filter or paper filter? either?. Uses all type pod filter or does it use a reusable pod filter? what is included on filters?

- Answer It has a reusable filter basket, but you could also use a paper filter.

QuestionCoffee maker is new - doing the initial cleaning - was able to clean carafe side - went to do pod side - and light will not come on - it does nothing. Is it defective or am I doing something wrong?

QuestionDoes the reservoir have any parts in it that cannot be removed? Avoiding a reservoir that could have algae buildup like my old ninja :(
