Yes, there is a small update for the physical version.

I inserted mine and it did not have any patch or update.  But as I went to check the version number for this post, there is a patch now.

There is always a chance there may be one in a future patch, but this cart is set with a recent version of the main game and DLC already installed.  version 1.3.4 is the latest.  Patch from the cart version is 306MB in size.

Physical copy I received has the new content already on it. I bought this one to collect. I did purchase the game digitally about 2 years ago and I bought the update/expansion of the game because I liked it then So it depends on that
