Could you please check the sugar content? please check the user manual or receipts. if your thickness is highest setting, but still not your desired thickness, you can select"Spiked Slushie" or "wine" preset, and select the highest thickness.

I'm assuming drinks with 2 or more liquors, and mixes will take some experimenting to get the exact formula and consistency you want. Kind of like a recipe... gotta do it precisely. Its fun trying too.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the alcohol content is too high, the machine will have trouble freezing. - Add water which will allow it to thicken - Use wine slushy option and turn thickness to full
