Could you please check the sugar content? please check the user manual or receipts. if your thickness is highest setting, but still not your desired thickness, you can select"Spiked Slushie" or "wine" preset, and select the highest thickness.

I'm not a bartender, BUT, you have to follow the instructions on alcohol and sugar portions. I'm assuming drinks with 2 or more liquors, and mixes will take some experimenting to get the exact formula and consistency you want. Kind of like a recipe... gotta do it precisely. Its fun trying too.

I’ve noticed some mixtures have a harder time getting thick than others.  If you add a little more water it should help

If the alcohol content is too high, the machine will have trouble freezing.

- Add water which will allow it to thicken
- Use wine slushy option and turn thickness to full
