Yes, this UPS conditions incoming power using Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to correct minor voltage fluctuations. However, it outputs a simulated sine wave, not a pure sine wave. If you need a conditioned Pure Sine Wave (PSW) output, we recommend the CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD, which provides true pure sine wave output with AVR and is better suited for Active PFC power supplies and sensitive equipment.
