I don't see why not. I've used them for computers, TVs, and game systems. Unless on backup power, there is no noise.

Yes it sure can, will only run for maybe 30-40 minutes though.

Yes. That is what I use it for which includes 8ch DVR, monitor, power supply and my PC.
