No I had this problem at my shop even with the power back-up when the refrigerator turned on my monitor would blink out. had to run a new power outlet for the refrigerator.

But if it's a power/electrical issue, check the output of the outlet because a UPS will only take that same output and store it in it's battery while also outputting it to devices plugged in. Luckily this UPS has faulty wiring detection, so you could know if there's something wrong with your outlet or devices you're plugging in, very useful if you don't have prior knowledge of electricity or are some sort of electrician. It could also be a wiring problem (whether that be the plug or the AUX/ADAT/etc.) I've had a similar problem with my TV and PS4 when I first got a sound bar, but I just had to review the setting of both the TV output and the PS4 audio output.
