Can I plug a lamp in it null

I have a 2W LED on UPS power for desktop lighting during outages, Everything continued running normally, including the LED light,Ki during test mode. I would not recommend very high-wattage power sinks of any sort on the battery backup outlets.

The CyberPower 750VA Battery Back-Up System has a maximum rating of 375 watts. LED lamps (5-15 watts) will easily fit within this limit, while incandescent lamps (40-100 watts or more) will also work as long as they stay under 375 watts. Just ensure the total wattage of the lamp is within this capacity.
