We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the outlets on your CyberPower GXS604C2 Surge Protector. The outlets are designed with safety shutters to help prevent foreign objects from being inserted. When plugging in a device, make sure the plug’s two prongs are aligned evenly and pushed in firmly at the same time; this will open the safety shutters and allow a full connection.
