This PC can run everything on Ultra however you will need a gsync to counter screen tearing. Also, I recommend running only view distance, textures, and effects at epic. Everything else can be low. You will get 400fps consistently however fortnite isn’t optimized fully so I would set FPS to whatever your monitor refresh rate is. If you want everything on low you can if you want easily.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.... this computer crapped out on me after a few weeks. I was gaming with Far Cry Primal when the computer loses power for a moment then reboots to desktop. Now it can not run games. My advice is stay away from this computer and Cyberpower products as well. They use inferior components.
