Can this pc handle 4k gaming at 60fps average?? null

Yes it can but I play at 1440p at 144hz trust me playing at this picture rate is phenomenal and looks great!

The computer specs all meet the reqyirements for 4k gaming. However, depending on the game and the graphic setting would determine the fps. I know that runninf Ark at 4k and ultra would only get aboyt 50-60. I know grand thieft auto would run at 60fps but it just depends. I would recomwnd going on youtube and look up i7 8700 1080ti (game title) benchmarks just to make sure.
