QuestionIm looking to buy this pc and wanted to kno if this computer ram had heatsinks since you can’t see it from the images I don’t care about the brand of the ram I’m just wondering if they got heatsinks or not since this is a expensive pc to not get heatsinks

- Answer Make sure none of the cables were accidentally disconnected/pulled out during transit/packing, etc. Be sure to check both the cables connecting to the peripherals as well as to the motherboard.

Questioni was wondering what the mother board of this computer was and if I could change the graphics card to a Nvidia geforce gtx titan V and if I could add a dvd player thx by the way what is the link for the original computer on the cyberpowerpc website XD

- Answer 1) Most of their components are picked from whatever is available in their stock at the time of building, including the motherboard and graphics card. The only thing guaranteed is the processor (Intel 8700k), 32 GB ram (any brand), 250 GB SSD (any brand), 3 TB HD (any brand), GTX 1080 TI 11GB video card (any brand). 2) Would imagine the system can run with a GTX Titan V... but why would you, when that single graphics card ITSELF costs more than this entire system (including the GTX 1080 TI) does. 3) The case this comes with does not appear to have front slots to allow addition of DVD/DVDRW/Blueray drives, etc, even though the interior has more than enough room for you to add them in.

QuestionHow would I know if my pump is working ? In the hardware monitor on my computer it says that the pump 1 is going 0 rpm. Is it supposed to say that ???

- Answer It is possible the Fan on the pump is not connected to the motherboard directly so the PC can not translate its temps. A way to know if the water cooler is working is by looking at your temperatures. They will be higher than average and steadily climbing. - Answer When you first start up the pc it should open a GTX window and it will ask you to update the drivers, other than that it will already be activated

- Answer It's a standard keyboard. except audio controls are located on the sides vice top. also, the keys are back lit with a variety of color choices. overall, think it's a good keyboard.
