diameter is roughly 5 inches and their is a button that's on the tower and keyboard that lets you change the setting of the led. Some blink, some just stay the same some rotate around. There are like 6-8 settings for the tower and about the same for the keyboard, but the keyboard is just colors and one settings change color every few seconds
