“For this pc can u plug it into my asus monitor and have sound working on it or do i have to buy a souncard or would speakers be just fine and me not have to puechas3 a souncard cause id hate to get a 1400$ dedktop and it not have sound.”

Please refer to your monitor's manual in regards to the built in speakers. The computer itself does come with onboard audio and does not require a separate PCI/PCI-E sound card.
