“This specific unit says it does not have/or come with a media card reader. Does this mean , I won't be able to video clip and edit on FORTNITE? And if so Can I Buy this separately?”

Media card readers are for accessing the data on a memory card such as a CompactFlash, Secure Digital or MultiMediaCard, etc. This will not affect you in any way if you are trying to clip your gameplay.
