Thanks for reaching out. Since your motherboard uses the AM4 socket, any of the Ryzen series should be compatible. Please check with your motherboard for compatibility to be on the safe side. You can install a AIO liquid cooler if you know how. However, if you do not know how to touch computers, it is advised not to. If your just browsing the internet and checking email dont do it, but if your a heavy gamer liquid cooling and upgrading the processor and ram are always a great idea
