Obviously it depends on the game, res, and settings you plan on using, but widely speaking, on lower settings and 1080p, yes. Example being Fortnite because that's the only bench I have- on low settings this hits >200 fps consistently. On all max settings, it's closer to 100. As for temps, I've not noticed a problem in the two weeks I've had this. No liquid cooling hasn't caused an issue yet.
