“The lights on the tower have stopped working, both on the front and the ones that run along the bottom. Is there something that I should be looking for exactly to fix this issue? Where are those lights wired to?”

Those lights are RGB and I Believe are wired with the PC, they are replaceable, look up on the internet (RGB light strip) and it should come up.
