“So I upgraded my ram to the XPG Spectrix D41 RGB 3000MHz 16GB (2x8GB) 228-Pin PC4-24000 Desktop U-DIMM Memory and after it boots up I get no wifi connection even though I am using an Ethernet cable. Can someone please tell me what is going on here?”

Thanks for reaching out Toby. Using an Ethernet cable would not give you WiFi connection as Ethernet is your LAN.
