“If the OS needs to be reloaded, what is the process, if a disk drive dose not come with this PC. Also will this play Civ IV ok ? Thanks”

Thanks for reaching out Chris. You need to use a USB bootable device to reload the OS. This PC should be able to play Civ IV, however, your settings and connection may affect performance.
