QuestionI buy this computer yesterday but I’m having problems with it it keeps kicking off of games and I’m also getting freezes theres two cables unplug but theres no where to put them also the there’s two fans not spinning need help ASAP

- Answer Those cables are for an extra graphics card and the second picture i cant tell what it is. Your system is more than likely freezing from overheating due to the fans not spinning. Call best buy support for assistance

QuestionI couldn't find what the gpu's sku was, so I could do the vbios update. Their are 2 sku's for the thicc pro II. Any help?

Questionis the performance boost vbios update preinstalled on the rx 5600 xt or do i have to do it myself?

QuestionWhat type of cables do I need hook up this up to my TCL smart TV? Do I need to hook up speakers for sound or is it built into the computer? Would Bluetooth devices work?

If you are using your TV as a display, you should be able to use the built in speakers. Also this system does not come with built in speakers. QuestionFor some reason while downloading some games it would load a blue screen with a error and there is a stop code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and it keep showing up every once in a while and I'm not sure how to correct it.
