  • QuestionI cannot use the 2TB HDD, could not install all of my games

    • Answer Hi Diamond, when downloading a game, make sure it downloads to your D drive. It defaults to your C drive/ SSD. You can also move game files from your C drive/ SSD to the D drive/hard drive to free up space. Go to your file explorer-this pc- and then select files on the drive.

  • QuestionDo all best buys have this Pc? Because I was planed to buy it at my near by Best Buy in person.

    • Answer Not sure if they ALL have them however my local and surrounding Best Buys did have this PC. They did not have this particular one on display at my local Best Buy but they had one in the same case with a Ryzen 3. I checked the boxes and it happened to be this PC. I'd say if you go check make sure to look at the specs on the box!

  • QuestionWhat is the mother board so I can install more ram and also what is the rams name so I can install more

    • Answer I don't know what mother board it has. I installed this ram: Patriot Viper Steel Series DDR4 8GB 3000MHz Performance Memory Module - PVS48G300C6. I had not problem with it. I forget the name of the ram that was already installed. It was a different brand.

    • Answer The CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop has 4 fans in total. 2 on the front that light up, 1 on the rear that lights up and one opposite the glass panel that does not light up.
