Possibly GPU sag, lift the right corner closest to you of the GPU (VERY GENTLEY!) and see if the noise stops. If it does problem solved, just find something to help support the weight and just enough for the sound to go away. Ps dont keep running the pc with noise, sooner the better to find out what it is.
