I'm satisfied with it. This build is my first pc ever and if there's anything wrong with it I can't tell because everything seems to work. What it includes: 2 antennas for a stronger wifi connection (even though the motherboard has built in wifi) and it's a great addition. As for the games, it runs Fortnite at a solid 120 fps and Valorant at a solid 200 fps. I'm satisfied with its overall performance, although you may need to make some minor setting changes to get the best performance on a game. This pc would run a lot smoother if I added another 8gb slot of ram since it only came with 8gb of ram. And 16gb would match my GPU in speed and performance. I saw that Fortnite uses almost 7gb of memory and I thought it would be best that it doesn't run out of space to perform at its best while I play, but it still runs great with my graphic settings at medium instead of high. I would also recommend adding another fan to increase the cooling since it's a small case and it tends to get warmer than a larger case, especially when I'm playing a game. I'm glad I bought this pc because it's beginner friendly and it's upgradable. Adding another slot of ram is easy. All the games I wanted to play beforehand have no issue running on this build. I would 100% recommend this pc to my friends and family with the knowledge that I have of it now.

So, I used to build PCs and know a thing or 2. Price per value, this pc gives everything promised. The load time is quicker than most but I still added 16GB of DDR4, the graphics for online gaming is great (my son loves Fortnite), and the ventilation for the components is great...minimal dusting. with 5 fans it does produce a lil bit of noise, but nothing too bad. Overall...this is a great pc!

We needed a new home computer. I went to Best Buy and asked a lot of questions before Buying this system ! I went with this Cyber Power PC GMA5200BSTV2. I went with it for several reasons. 1. it has all the Microsoft software that I need to track home finances already preinstalled ! 2. It allows me to game from the PC ! 3. It has mid range components BUT it is FULLY upgradable which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. This system allows me to fire up a PC today and do EVERYTHING I want with it but it also boasts the ability to FULLY upgrade it as my needs increase ! ! the system is a bit over the top visually but lets face it, that is also part of the appeal to me ! Set up was SUPER EASY and QUICK ! had it up and running with in 10 minutes of bringing it in the door ! So far it is Very quiet and very quick to respond plus it offers a ton of cool features which even include connecting to my phone ! Does require you to purchase the monitor and speakers separately but DOES come with a keyboard and mouse included in the packaging !

The previous PC that got broken from unfortunate events consisting of a can of sprite and my cat led me to the best buy in my town and I looked to find a new/better PC. This PC I found on Best Buy's website had a better graphic's card than the one I previously had and it was a no-brainer! I already had my hard drives and other specs added to this pc and it works like a charm. I am very happy that I could go to Best Buy and find a PC I liked in minutes. The LED lights are so pretty and bright! I really love the front of the PC and the design of it. The top of the PC has better coverage. Honestly, my favorite part about it all is the LED lights and the fans! I played a couple of games of Valorent and spent some time playing Final Fantasy and the fan got pretty loud which I am not used to. I had a water cooling system on my last PC. Lastly, I am very excited to see how she does in the long term but I feel that she will do great :)

Ive never built a pc before and so i decided to go with a prebuilt that i can modify in the future, and I picked the BEST choice, its easy to navigate and set up, all questions are promptly answered by the cyberpower community, and it covers every single one of my needs down to a T. I can NOT recommend this company enough, do yourselves a favor and go with cyberpower

This PC Is beyond awesome. I would recommend anyone to buy it. It works very quick and even comes with a neat keyboard. The thing I love the most is the lights that the PC has when it’s turned on.

Bought one of these in store, staff were helpful and polite. The PC itself has great performance for the money and worked right out of the box with no issues. The only problem was the RAM, which was in single channel. So you really want to get a dual channel RAM kit for this PC as it's Ryzen processor is very memory hungry and a single stick of slow 8GB RAM just won't cut it. Overall a solid mid-range gaming PC.

Bought this computer not knowing exactly what I was getting. My son wanted a gaming PC so we went into the store for assistance. This one was recommended as I wanted something that would play about anything he wanted to play. I have messed with it some and did some homework on it. It seems to run everything very well, the only thing I did was add some more memory. Other than that, this machine has been awesome!

Good computer. I switched from laptop back to desktops pc’s. I’m using this pic for gaming everyday uses. Price point is good comes with light up keyboard and mouse.

Just purchased as a 13th birthday gift, so I haven't had time to really see what it can do, but I give it a 4 for appearance and ease to assembly. My 13 year old son did say it's super fast as he was trying it out.

i looked for several days for a gamer desktop and I couldn't find any anywhere this was the 3rd best buy I went to and i found this one and decided to go with it. I was not disappointed at all and my son was extremely happy with this pc. highly recommend this desktop to any one.

The Game Master is amazing doesn't lag when i run it on high graphics

Not a bad unit. I think the case is very nice and the fans are great. Processor is a decent one. The graphics card is great. Wish it had more ram as 8gb doesn't seem like enough. I also had a problem with it continuously freezing, giving me runtime errors when installing ANY program and constant crashes. I had to restore the whole computer back to factory settings with a reformat for it to work properly. That's why it has 2 stars. You shouldn't have to reinstall windows in a brand new PC ever.

I love it, the mouse and keyboard could be upgraded but the rest I love.

I bought this set up about 2 years ago and it's still running great! The Raedon RX 580 is getting old but its still a great graphics card. It has kept up with everything I threw at it on ultra settings without issue. It's easy to work on and upgrade as time marches on. The only thing Ive done to it so far is added more RAM but other than that it's worked solid for just over 2 years.
