based off the first question you would most likely go for smt around 240+hz to really maximize the capability of your frames since a 180 hz monitor maxed out with the game staying at 180fps, the 180hz monitor is fine though, just if you can and it isn't much trouble try to get a 240hz monitor to pair with this
