“Can the parts be swapped for other parts I want to replace the cpu with an Intel i5 12th gen (not saying the Ryzen 5 is bad the Ryzen is still very good but I think the i5 is slightly faster)”

You can't. The CPU socket on the Ryzen 5 is completely different from the i5. You would have to get a completely new motherboard with an i5 socket
