“How do I remove the side panel with the foam behind it If someone could do a video/picture demonstration that would be helpful”

There are two black finger screws on the back side of the panel. Simpky unscrew them and slide the panel towards the back of the pc. It will be a little stiff but it should slide back and then you can lift it off.
