“Got computer August 2022. Within the last 3 months every game my son plays on it the monitor shuts off and says no signal HDMI 1. We have checked all cables, installed updates, updated drivers and within 5 minutes it shuts off only while gaming.”

Hdmi is plugged into the graphic card. Purchased new Hdmi cable and it worked for about 3 weeks. Now it is doing it again. Monitor stays on for hours when sitting. Within 5 to 10 minutes of starting a game the monitor goes off stating lost signal. Could it be the ports on the graphic card or the monitor itself. The game still has sound coming through the headphones but nothing on the monitor. O have also tried to switch to HDMI2 and nothing. Very frustrating when my son bought with his own money and its less then 9 months old and will not work.
