“When I am playing some of the more demanding first person shooter games the CPU runs between 70c-80c. All fans are working properly and they kick into high gear to drop the temps a little. Is this normal? From what I’ve read that’s a bit high.”

• It’s a little high, but I had the same problem. Replaced the cpu “cooler” with a Corsair AIO, and it’s great. Temps stay around 60 in warzone now.

• No, it’s not normal for a pc like this. Its because the cpu’s cooler is not that good. I would recommend upgrading the cooler and your temps would drop by a lot.
