it comes with Bluetooth. i had the same issue. the fix was going to the motherboard manufacturers website (asrock i believe, b650m) and downloading the Bluetooth driver. going to the driver settings, and choosing the driver as an update. while at the site, might as well get any other drivers you don't have updated. get the drivers for your graphics card too.
