Thanks for reaching out Rippersith. The brand of the RAM may vary on each system, however it should be a 8GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM. As for Windows 10, the key is embedded onto the motherboard. If you do ever need to reinstall Windows 10, it should automatically activate as long as you have the same motherboard. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The OS key doesnt come included. I've asked cyberpower customer service. Its integrated into the hard drive. Theres a website with a zip file that can find your product key in case you need it and make sure to register with Microsoft your license. The Ram installed is 1 8gb stick adata. I was told my specific ram stick is discontinued so be prepared. Dont know if its standard in all of these systems cause my psu ended up being different than what others have said
