Yes, this PC will play World of Warcraft on it's highest settings due to the equipped RX 580.

Yes, you might have to turn the settings down though.

I have been doing intense research on this card. For blizzard games nvidia is the way to go. This card seems to slightly outperform the gtx 1060 6gb in just about any other games. I was wishing to replace my gtx 9704gb, but I mostly play blizzard games. My 4 year old gtx 970 outperforms this card in Warcraft and Overwatch. This card is alot of cheaper than the gtx 1060 6gb at the moment and definitely seems to be a bargain over the gtx 1060 at the moment. Rumors are AMD will put out a beast GPU at the of Q1 that will have similar performance levels as the RTX cards around $300.00
