Are the lights on the motherboard fan and extra fan to the left of the motherboard supposed to be turned on? My front two fans work perfectly fine and I can change the colors of the light but the other two fans won't turn on their light. null

Yes the CPU fan light is supposed to be illuminated, as well as the exhaust fan on the back.

Check your RGB/fan header behind the back panel and make sure everything is plugged in properly.
