The wireless feature may need to be turned on by accessing this feature in the boot menu. The boot menu determines how your computer hardware interfaces with your computer. It is where you control the operation of your hardware. Access the motherboard BIOS through the boot menu during initial boot-up. Press the DEL key (or perhaps another key) as soon as power is turned on to the computer. That should halt the boot process and allow entry into the boot menu. Look in your manual or on-line to find out how to access your BIOS menu if the DEL key doesn't work for you. If you are inexperienced with BIOS menus and features, you can always back out by not saving any changes as you exit the BIOS. That means it is safe to explore your BIOS before exiting the menu by choosing the "Do Not Seve" exit option. There should also be an exit menu option to "Restore Defaults" If something happens that you don't like because you made a change that affected how your computer operates, in can be reversed. Since CyberPowerPC won't disclose the motherboard manufacturer, you may have to call them to find out how to access this menu if the DEL key won't do it. The motherboard I have is several years old an is a branded motherboard. In my BIOS there is a short explanation of most menu items, which makes changing the BIOS simple compared to what it used to be like, when there was limited information about many of the available settings in older BIOS's.
