• No but where you press the button to turn on the PC right under that on the lip there is to buttons you can press to change the illumination on the pc

• No it doesn't come with a remote controller for the lights. It has a button that is hidden on the front. I actually had to Google to find out how to change the color. Absolutely love the computer.
