QuestionSince the GPU that was included in my build sags by about half an inch(This can cause damage) will best buy or cyberpower PC be supplying me with a GPU holder or bracket to help hold it up? Feels like not much care was put into building this one

QuestionCan this PC Run Games like CSGO? Call of Duty Cold War Call of Duty Warzone If so how good does the PC run em.

QuestionCan I mount the radiator and fan to cool and pull in air from the top? This setup is bad when trying to cool radiator liquid with hot air from the CPU.

- Answer I personally just open up the side when Im playing intensive games. As it sits right now theres no room on top because the mobo is pretty beefy.

- Answer My asus motherboard manual was in the box. You can pull yours from the motherboard manufacturer if desired. Same with the other parts. The builds will vary slightly in the parts used since they are built with off the shelf parts. The other parts in mine that are CyberPowerPC specific is the case and cooling setup. However it appears that that as well as the power supply all may be apevia. Mine also included a few other papers needed to operate the lighting etc.

QuestionI bought this and I am pretty happy with it, but 120mm AIO coolers are insufficient to cool anything. What's the max height on air coolers for the case / can a 240mm AIO cooler fit if mounted to the top?

- Answer The aio radiator has one single speed rgb fan on the front and one PWM rgb fan on the back in a push pull config. These cheap fans dont move much air in general. The reason for the hot temps is because of this and because the GPU heat pulls through the radiator to exit causing the radiator/cpu to heat up. To resolve, the hot air from the GPU needs evacuated from the top. Add two or three 120mm fans to the the top of the case pulling air out the top. This will fix cpu and gpu from heating up when gaming. Also, adjust the rear radiator PWM Fan in the bios to spin faster with a more aggressive fan curve. I added 3 noctua 120mm chromax to the top case controlled by fan2 with a splitter on the motherboard and all the issues with heat were resolved. If you dislike the aio cooler in general, replace with a noctua NH-U12s. Regardless you will still need to add a top fan IMO to deal with GPU heat.

QuestionLooks like the air intake on the front is covered by glass which would cause issues with airflow obviously, is this the case or is that actually mesh and not glass?

QuestionSpecs on this? GPU, Power supply, what type of memory is in it?

- Answer the gpu in mine is an asrock 2 fan model. the memory is balistic ddr4 dimm 3000mhz( although i had to set it to that it came set to 1600mhz). the psu i belive is a 600 watt generic 80 plus bronze and just fyi the cpu is water cooled. but the parts you get because its not specified could be from different companies.

QuestionGreetings, I am having trouble connecting my Xbox One controller and other bluetooth devices. I've tried updating the drivers etc but the pc is still unable to detect nearby bluetooth devices. Is there something I'm missing here?
