• I bought one on Nov. 26th and it was supposed to arrive at my local bestbuy on Dec. 4th... nobody, not even bestbuy customer service, can tell me where it is.

• Same here... purchased December 4th, suppose to come in Friday the 11th. Was delayed. I called, they couldn't give me an answer of where it's at.

• Ordered around two weeks ago. It was "estimated" to be ready on 12/15 for pickup. It was not ready. I got an email and this is what it says: • If the delay is OK, we'll work to get your item(s) to you within the next few days • You'll get an email when your order is ready for pickup • While rare, if for some reason your item(s) aren't available by Tuesday, December 29, 2020, we'll cancel the item(s) and let you know by email. I'm hoping CyberPower is committed to fulfilling these orders. Maybe they'll even put in better parts (psu, memory, etc.) than they normally would to fullfill these orders. One can dream, right?

• I kept refreshing Best Buy website for days trying to catch a time when it was in stock. I lucked out and purchased one for store pickup. Says it should be ready this Wednesday, Dec. 16th. I'll keep you posted.
