“Does the come with windows 10 installed when I get it or do I have to install it with a usb stick?”

• Was already installed and activated, just had to set up profile.

• Yes, it comes installed, but mine did not come activated. You can call CyberPower and they will walk you through how to activate it for free if you have the same issue that I did.
