“I'm concerned about possible heating issues if I put to much strain on it as well as poor air flow can additional fans be mounted. And what's it's power supply”

I ran a few benchmarks and the CPU maxed around 66C and the GPU at 76C, so I think the cooling is good enough. You can mount additional fans on the top.
