Mine showed up today and doesn’t work. Powers on to a black screen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I picked mine up at my local bestbuy yesterday, sadly mine would not boot. Had to return. Hopefully yours works perfectly!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to me the foam used to keep everything stable on the inside broke the gpu. Green artifacts all over the screen. Sent it back to best buy for a refund. If the same thing happens to you I recommend bring it in to best buy for a refund. Best buys mail in returns take up to 20 days to get your money back. Don't buy cyber power prebuilts.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Received mine today and didn't even need to plug it in to tell it was broken (when I brought it back to Best Buy they pluged it in to make sure). The expanding foam they used complety moved the GPU and broke the connection on the GPU and the Motherboard, as well as bending the back of the case. Terrible QC from Cyberpower, I see a few others are sharing a similar experience reading other comments. I hope you are lucky!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fired mine up for the first time today (arrived Friday but had to go out of town for the weekend) and GPU is defective straight out of the box, green lines and artifacts everywhere. 2nd cyberpowerpc with a defective GPU within the past month, they obviously do not QC properly before they send them out. Advise others who see this to just avoid them.
