“I just bought this and none of the lights are working on the PC, do some come without lights? And how can i turn them on?”

Open the panel on the right hand side using screws on the back. You'll see 3 wires held together by electric tape. Remove the tape and make sure all 3 are connected properly. They should all work after. If not, return it
