• You are actually hitting the Hard Reset button. Use an in Pre-installed on the PC called AURA. Search it up on your Start menu.

• You need to install either Aura Sync standalone, which will stop receiving updates soon, or download Armoury Crate. Aura Sync is now moving to Armoury Crate and will be receiving updates there.
