two sticks of 8g are installed on 2 out of 4 slots. If you want a 32g you have two options: 1. Replace the existing 8g DDR4 with two 16g DDR4. 2. buy two additional 8g sticks and utilize the available slots

The system comes with 2 x 8GB of RAM installed onto the system which equals to a total of 16GB of RAM installed onto this system.The best way to purchase more RAM for the PC would be to look up the serial number on the side of the RAM and purchase the exact same stick.
