“I ordered this a few days ago and I got it today i was excited to play on it and i set everything up turning it on and the monitors are black help nothing is wrong with my monitors i have another pc i hooked them up too please help me!!”

Make sure those monitors are connect with the HDMI ports towards the bottom of the back of the PC, not the top. People can typically get those mixed up.
