“This model says the 2080ti only comes with (1) HDMI and (1) Displyport, is this true? I thought the 2080ti's came with more outputs than just 2?”

The RTX 2080Ti should have at least one HDMI port, one DisplayPort, and one USB-C port, however the make and model may vary, so some video cards may have more ports than others.
